Tyler R. Zeberl counsels clients across a wide range of matters including estate and tax planning, business and commercial transactions, and land use. He also has extensive experience litigating matters related to tax disputes, real estate and land use concerns, contract disputes, municipal law, and other corporate disputes in various courts within the State of New Jersey and New York and before administrative agencies throughout New England. Clients benefit from Tyler’s diverse background and extensive litigation experience. He is a zealous advocate for his clients both in and out of the courtroom.

Prior to joining Montclair Real Estate Law Group, Tyler worked for a boutique land use and business litigation firm in New Jersey working with clients on trusts & estates, real estate, transactional and commercial litigation matters. Tyler also serves as Senior Associate at Spiro Harrison, a multi-practice firm with offices in Montclair, Red Bank, New York City and Miami. Tyler received his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and clerked for the Honorable Patrick DeAlmeida, J.A.D. (formerly Presiding Judge of the New Jersey Tax Court). Following his clerkship, he served as a litigation associate specializing in business law, landlord/tenant litigation, and tax law. He is admitted to the New Jersey and New York Bars and the Federal District Court for the District of New Jersey.
