Lori is a transactional attorney who primarily represents clients in residential real estate matters throughout the State of New Jersey. Lori’s extensive legal experience allows her to navigate clients through the real estate process whether the client is a first time home buyer or a seasoned seller. Lori’s prior experience as a Title Company Attorney and Settlement Agent provides her clients with exceptional guidance when dealing with title and lending concerns. Lori, having successfully represented Buyers, Sellers and the title company, has the ability to anticipate and address obstacles along the way in an efficient and responsive manner. Prior to joining the Montclair Real Estate Law Group, Lori was a partner with Ashenfelter, Trembulak, McDonough, Golia & Trevenen LLP.
